Park in the museum parking lot/deck and head to the E. Bruce Heilman Amphitheater for registration.

The Meeting will consist of a short prepared program and followed by Q&A.

The formal AGM will commence 15 minutes after the conclusion of the Meeting. Guests can either stay to watch the AGM, or head to the Reception outside.

The Reception is outdoors with tent cover provided.

In the event of inclement weather, the Reception will take place in the Robins Center

Look out for the General Store, Partner MD wellness booth and the Costa band!

  • All attendees must register and bring their badge with them but there is a Will Call desk at the University of Richmond for late registrants to collect their badges.

  • If your badge was shipped to you, please do not forget to bring it with you to all Reunion events.

    If you did not receive your badge in the mail, please visit the Will Call desk onsite at the University of Richmond before your first event.

  • No, but we are hopeful that once you attend the meeting and hear the speakers, you will want to become a Markel Group Shareholder.

  • Donuts and coffee are available for participants at the 2nd Annual Crawl, Walk & Run on Tuesday May, 19. Both breakfast and lunch are provided on Wednesday, May 20, for Forum attendees and a selection of grab and go bites from local food trucks will be provided at the Reception after the Meeting. For the more details, refer to the Guest Guide.

  • Dress code is business casual. The Reception is held outdoors – please dress for the weather. 

  • Yes, we will have a luggage check on Wednesday. Once you leave the venue, you’ll be asked to bring your luggage with you to the next venue location. Markel Group will not transport luggage from venue to venue throughout the day.

    The following locations will not have a luggage check:
    - Tuesday’s Crawl, Walk & Run
    - Wednesday’s Lunch
